Non-Invasive Policy
Defining the strict hardware and operational boundaries of our neurotechnology.
1. The Systems Standard of Care
At Brain Logic, our foundational architecture is built on a singular premise: a complex system can be mapped, understood, and regulated without being physically breached. Our Non-Invasive Policy mandates that all hardware, software, and clinical methodologies we develop must interact with the human nervous system externally. We achieve root-cause analysis and neuro-restoration strictly through the passive reading of biosignals and the delivery of sensory-level feedback.
2. Approved Measurement Modalities
To understand emotional dysregulation, trauma, and cognitive decline, we must first map the biological reality of the brain. Brain Logic strictly limits its data collection to non-invasive external sensors. Approved modalities include:
- Electroencephalography (EEG): Surface-level scalp sensors to measure electrical activity and neural wave patterns.
- Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS): The use of harmless, low-level light to measure blood flow and hemodynamic responses in the cortex.
- Peripheral Biosignals: External sensors measuring heart rate variability (HRV), galvanic skin response (GSR), and respiratory rates to provide a complete picture of autonomic nervous system regulation.
3. Restorative Feedback Mechanisms
When our AI models identify a dysregulated neural pattern, the system initiates a corrective feedback loop to help the brain return to a healthy statistical baseline. This feedback must be entirely non-invasive and sensory-based. Approved feedback delivery methods include:
- Auditory and Visual Feedback: Precisely timed light and sound cues designed to encourage neural entrainment and behavioral regulation.
- Haptic and Vibrational Feedback: Gentle physical resonance applied externally to the body to stimulate the somatic nervous system.
- Targeted Micro-Stimulation: Low-level, non-penetrating electrical or magnetic pulses (such as transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation) that remain strictly on the surface of the skin.
4. Explicit Prohibitions
To ensure absolute clarity regarding the scope of Brain Logic’s research and clinical partnerships, the following methodologies are strictly prohibited and fall outside our operational mandate:
- Surgical Implantation: We do not develop or support intracranial electrodes, deep brain stimulators, or any hardware requiring surgical insertion.
- Tissue Alteration: We prohibit the use of localized tissue ablation, high-intensity focused ultrasound designed to damage tissue, or any process that permanently alters biological structures.
- Chemical Modification: We do not synthesize, manufacture, or distribute pharmaceuticals or synthetic compounds intended to alter neurochemistry.
5. The Relational Outcome
The purpose of non-invasive technology is not merely to correct a data point on a screen, but to restore healthy relational dynamics in the real world. By strictly adhering to these non-invasive boundaries, Brain Logic ensures that adults managing PTSD, autism, and Alzheimer’s can engage in therapeutic neuro-restoration safely, comfortably, and with their full physical autonomy completely intact.
Policy Oversight
This Non-Invasive Policy governs all internal research, third-party technology integrations, and clinical pilot programs conducted by Brain Logic. For inquiries regarding our hardware parameters or clinical methodology, please contact our team.
